Bomb perhaps!!

  • Diet foods..sounds like a weight loss plan that works, but have you ever re-think again....this menu actually be a calorie landmine? Here with are some of the food that we so-called low calorie foods but acctualy these foods are the one that can double widening your waistline.

1~ Salads

A great option for dining light is to hit the local sushi bar. Skipping the deep-fried tempura is an easy and wise choice. But calories lurk among healthier sounding item.Whether it's the edamame appetiser, side order of white rice or flavour enhancing mayonnaise hidden in your spicy tuna roll, the calories and fat can add up quickly.


4~ Muffins

1 Muffin has 690 cakories which is 38g of fat, 11g saturated and 48g of sugar. But it's easy to be duped by muffins loaded with healthy sounding ingredients such as bran,cranberries, bananans and apples. Don't be fooled.Muffins are pretty much a cupcake without frosting. They're made with a lot of oil, sugar and white flour. And while they might have some nutritious item thrown in, they're still essentially a cupcake.

The End!


Akhirnya rcgn realiti yg sy kira menyesak kan otak setiap hari sabtu, berakhir. Secara rasmi sabtu lalu! Sy dulu pernah menjadi salah satu peminat rcgn ini. Musim ke-2 dulu. Tapi bila setiap tahun ulang2 dan konsep sama...n semakin drama sana sini...menyampah pulak! Bole dikatakan tak ramai yang berjaya menerusi rcgn ini. Bole buat kajian tau. Tgk logik, timbang tolak...bandingkan dengan duit yg habis oleh mereka yg mengundi...berbaloi tak?? Siapa yg mengundi?? semestinya famili n sedara2, kwn2. Alalala..era 2000-an .. rcgn realiti semakin mencurah. Dulu reality games..WWTBM, roda impian etc.


Kebanyakkan bekas peserta, yo-o-o mengaku, minat menyanyi..sekali keluar...tak nanyi pon..semua drama2, untung2 filem!..dan toloong lah...jgn ada lagi 8! walaupon org kata 8 ni no bertuah..tapi untuk rcgn ini..mungkin malang.

Hujung Minggu yg Bosan Part 1

....Panas panas panas!!..apa yg panas..? cuaca lah apa lagi..berminggu sudah keadaan sama saja.Panas Panas Panas. Apa mo jadi??Dosa manusia semakin banyak...tue pasal dunia semakin panas. "Kepanasan" kata orang-orang tua.
Pasal panas..sy pun malas mo keluar.Jadi...apa aktiviti...jom tgk youtube. Semestinya tengok wayang2 lama yg sy mls mo p tgk di pawagam atas alasan, tak berbaloi. Hu hu..bukan apa, bayar Rm7++ untuk 1 movie..belum tambah bil lain..popcorn+air. Tapi sekali tengok..langsung tak best.
Kali terakhir sy menonton filem Melayu ialah filem Saiful Apek ngan Nasha Aziz sekali ngan Yassin Senario. mmm ngan Salleh Y pun ada..alamak lupa lah tajuk...uda bertahun lalu. Pasal apa tgk filem ni??? pasal pelakon - Apek, and saja mo hua hua ketawa..
Jadi hari ini, untuk mengelak kan kebosanan menambah kepanasan sekeliling, sy pun surf youtube mo tengok filem melayu. Tujuan utama.
